Book Review: The Top 10 Distinctions Between Entrepreneurs and Employees by Keith Cameron Smith

The Top 10 Distinctions Between Entrepreneurs and Employees by Keith Cameron Smith is a quick read but offers a very practical guide on some of the main distinctions between entrepreneurs and employees.  This book would be very valuable to any employee trying to identify attributes to possess to behave more entrepreneurial, and as more businesses need employees to act more entrepreneurial (please read The Fourth Economy to find out why), this book would be a great starting point for employees to identify those specific areas where they can focus their efforts.  This book would also benefit anyone who is looking to branch off on their own.  Some of these distinctions, like being a solution finder rather than a problem solver, are simple but powerful concepts that really do separate an entrepreneur from an employee mindset.  To a more seasoned entrepreneur, a lot of these distinctions are probably known, but if you are starting out on your journey, I definitely recommend this book as a quick but insightful introduction to the world of entrepreneurship.
